Thanks so much for all the kind comments – I really appreciate it. The food pictured is chilli halloumi baked ‘chips’ – I’ll post the recipe for the whole plate in the next few days.

I’ll definitely help you out with the houmous and pitta bread, possibly the sun dried tomato but as I have no idea what the main focus of the photo is, I may pass! But beautiful photo as always :-)
