Happy 1st blogday! Looks like it was a fun year, where does time go? I’m thinking of starting my own blog, hot no experience blogging but would love to keep some kind of record of our family life as time is rushing by! Have you any tips to pass on now you are a year down the line? Thanks, emma x
Hi Emma :) To new parent bloggers, I’d say: just do it! Don’t worry about if it looks good enough, if you’re saying the right things, if the readers will come. Just do it for yourself and then, if you want to, come and find all the other parent bloggers on Twitter / Facebook and the rest just kind of happens!

I never remember my blogiversary until it’s a few weeks later. Maybe I’ll put it in my calendar this time – or maybe I’ll wait another year and celebrate five years with a big party or something!
