She’s not a baby anymore! – JD, 4
I posted just days ago about how Miss J (11 months) was so, so close to walking. My lovely Twitter friend, @Zsk and I got talking about how it was bound to finally happen when her nanny was with her. I laughed and felt a twinge of sadness that it was likely I’d miss her first steps.
On Tuesday, our lovely nanny was having a day off for her birthday, JD was at school and I was re-organising the play room and wrestling with Miss J. And then this happened…

Miss J will soon be running around!
My grandson (21 months) has just started walking too. A couple of weeks ago he took his first steps then loved toddling between me and his grandad, just a few steps at a time. Now 2 weeks later he walks most of the time.

Aww lovely! And fantastic that you’ve got it on film. I have to admit that I can’t actually remember Dd’s first steps and she’s only 3 1/2 :(.
