I was hoping you used agar agar.I stopped buying beef gelatine based jelly a while back and I’ve been looking for non-animal recipes.They look pretty though.
Ah, I didn’t eat these as they’re standard gelatine jelly cubes, but you can get vegetarian strawberry jelly crystals in Holland and Barrett.

These look fantastic! So simple but the contrast of the white choc with the red jelly looks really good, and I love white chocolate so think I will give these a try!
