Oooh, how sweet! – my mum

Mclaggan Smith is a Scottish based, family business. They work with a range of Britain’s best loved artists to produce designs for their high quality china and porcelain mugs, and their personality really shines through in their fun and bold designs, which commemorate all sorts of occasions.

This tyographical mug by Mary Fellows would be perfect for Father’s Day, a dad’s birthday or even ‘just because’. Like it?

And this mug commemorating the Queen’s Coronation is just lovely, don’t you think? The illustration is by by Picturemaps, who have done a great job of fitting loads of detail into the space available.

But it’s the mug to commemorate the much-awaited royal birth that I like best. Designed by fine artist and illustrator, David Luff, this mug is tasteful and playful – I’m drinking a cuppa from it right now.
