How we transformed JD’s bedroom for £50

Great! You’re the best family in the world – JD, 5

Last month, JD’s room was functional but lacking in the kind of coolness that a 5 year old boy really needs. It now looks like the pic above, and JD loves it.

Here’s what we got:

  • Comic book wall plates, second hand = £12
  • Plane wall stickers from Kiddicare = £4
  • LEGO Star Wars Quilt and Pillow Case from ASDA = £14
  • Red valance sheet from Wilkinsons = £9
  • Nesting Space Rocket boxes (shown below) from eBay = £11

JD’s room is now super cool and he loves it. Thanks to MoneySupermarket for setting us the challenge and providing us with the £50 to do so – JD is delighted.

Disclosure: we were given £50 to take part in this challenge. No other payment was received for this post. All posts are 100% honest.
