New and improved Coca-Cola Zero Sugar launched this summer and replaces the original Coca-Cola Zero. This new soft drink looks and tastes more like Coca-Cola Classic than ever before, but without the sugar. It's the result of years of development and innovation and I love that the new bottles feature the iconic Coca-Cola red disc across the packaging.

If you are a Coca-Cola Classic only type of person, now is the time to give Coca-Cola Zero Sugar a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Now, one of my very favourite ways to enjoy Coca-Cola is with a good meal once the kids are in bed. So I've teamed up with Coca-Cola to celebrate this latest product than with a recipe that not only pairs beautifully with a cool bottle of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, but also uses the drink as a key ingredient?
So here are the results: a simple, nutritious noodle stir fry, packed with veg, full of flavour, and low in sugar thanks to the addition of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. It's perfect for when the children are in bed and you just want something quick and yummy.
Here's how to make it.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
- 75g (2.5 oz) broccoli, broken into small florets
- 1 medium red pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 145g (5 oz) dried medium egg noodles
- 200g (7 oz) marinated tofu pieces
- 30g (1 oz) mangetout
- 25g (1 oz) spring onions, sliced
- 15g (0.5 oz) root ginger, chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Coca-Cola Zero Sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- 40ml (1.5 floz) water
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, ground coriander, lime juice and water.

Heat the oil in a large wok. Add the broccoli and red peppers and stir fry for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to pack instructions.

Add the tofu, bean sprouts, mangetout, spring onions, ginger, chilli and garlic to the wok.

Stir fry for a further 2–3 minutes.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain, then add to the stir fry and mix well.

Pour the Coca-Cola Zero Sugar sauce over tofu and vegetable mix. Mix well and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Transfer to bowls and serve with cool glasses of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and enjoy!

Coca-Cola Zero Sugar is available nationwide in all major supermarkets, so why not try it for yourself today?

Coca-Cola Chicken Wings
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings, wings and drummettes separated
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons dry sherry or Chinese rice wine
3/4 cup Coca-Cola (not diet or anything flavored!)
2 scallions, chopped
A few pinches of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Put the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour half of the soy sauce on top. Turn the wings so they are well-coated and allow them to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature.
Heat a wok or large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken wings until they are golden brown on each side but not cooked through, about 3 minutes each side. Pour in the other half of the soy sauce, the sherry, and the Coke and bring the liquid to a simmer. Simmer the wings uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, until the liquid is reduced to a glaze.
Season the chicken with black pepper. Transfer the chicken to a plate, garnish with scallions, and serve.
