Ingredients
- 3 red apples, grated
- Large handful rolled oats
- 2 small handfuls raisins
- Small handful walnut pieces
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 500 g (1.1 lb) natural yoghurt
- 50 ml (1.69 oz) milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- Large handful raspberries
- Small handful pistachios
Instructions
- Place the apples, oats, half the raisins, walnuts, spice, yoghurt and milk in a large tupperware container.
- Stir, replace the lid and chill overnight.
- Transfer to a large bowl and dress with the honey, raspberries, pistachios and remaining raisins and serve to the table.
