I have eaten about a litre of yoghurt today. And I’m not sorry – me
If you’re looking for really great-tasting yoghurts that put most other brands in the shade, I’d recommend searching out the range from Stapleton Farm.
Stapleton yoghurts are produced in North Devon using creamy milk from a local herd of Jersey cows, unrefined cane sugar and top-quality fruit – you really can taste the quality. The Low-Fat Necatarine & Passion Fruit Yoghurt is my favourite. It’s impossible to stop my mouthwatering just thinking about it – the yoghurt is creamy and cool with no powdery aftertaste and the chunks of fruit are ripe and juicy. Just divine, and only 0.5% fat!
The Greek Recipe range went down best with the kids, who particularly love the slightly tart, ultra smooth Lemon Curd flavour.
There’s also a quite unusual Anytime range – currently Prune & Date or Fig & Date – which contain low fat yogurt plus a range of dried fruits, seeds, cereals and grains. They’re great for breakfast or anytime as a healthy snack, and only contain 1% fat.
Stapleton yoghurts are available in Waitrose stores nationwide and in selected Morrisons and ASDA stores in the South West.
Disclosure: we were sent a hamper of Stapleton yoghurt to review. No payment was received. All posts are 100% honest.
