Can’t we stay just a bit longer? – JD, 5
If you’re planning a day in London with the kids any time soon, I thoroughly recommend checking out the London Transport Museum in Covent Garden.
After our gorgeous meal at Fire & Stone , we walked round the Piazza to the museum and spent the rest of the day exploting.
Spread across four levels, the London Transport Museum allows visitors to explore the heritage of London and its transport system, telling the stories of the people who have travelled and worked in the city over the last 200 years.
It’s packed with interactive maps, guides and all manner of vehicles, some of which kids can even sit in and ‘drive’.
Check out our snaps from the visit…
We rounded the day off with a stop at the Upper Deck café and bar for a snack – it’s a lovely bright area just off from the gift shop. Do visit if you can – we’ll definitely be going again.
