Whoop! It’s time for #recipeoftheweek once again. This is THE place to link up your recipe posts for lots of tweet, comment and Pinterest love.
At the bottom of this post is the latest #recipeoftheweek ‘linky’ – use it to add any recipe posts you would like to share. They don’t have to follow a particular theme – absolutely all recipes are welcome :)
But first, I bought a spiralizer last week (this one, in case you’re wondering) and I’ve been turning all sorts of veggies into noodles, but by far the king of the veggie noodle crop is the courgette aka zucchini. You must try it.
Anyway, I love courgettes so much, I’ve devoted this week’s round up to four recipe submissions that show just how versatile that little green veg can be.
