I went through a tunnel and I saw a SHARK swimming past me! – JD, 6
Last week we took the short(ish) train ride across the Midlands from Nottingham to Birmingham to visit Sealife and see if we could spot any Moshlings hiding amongst the inhabitants.
As you’d expect, it’s a great place see all manner of sea dwelling creatures.
We also got a glimpse of the ultra cute otters that dip in and out of the water in their enclosure.
And the heart-achingly cute gentoo penguins that waddle about comedically on the ice, and soar gracefully through the water.
We finished up with a look at some more Moshi Monsters in the Moshling Swap area, took a quick sweep back to see if we could spot any more Moshlings in the tanks around the aquarium, and finally both kids grabbed a hug from a giant Katzuma.
We made our way back to the station and got thoroughly soaked by rain on the way, but the kids kept smiling and so did we because we’d all had a fab, educational, exciting and Moshling-peppered day.
If you’d like to visit the Moshi Monsters at Birmingham Sealife, you have until 31st August to join in the fun. Tickets start from £13.50 and are free for under 3s.
Disclosure: we attended Sealife on a press pass.

So glad the kids loved it – we are going tomorrow, and my kids are sooooo excited, we went to the London one earlier in the year, and they insisted that we go back! :-D
