This spiced granola smoothie with chia seeds ticks all the right boxes. It's delicious, a little bit different, and will keep you going until your next meal.
Ingredients
500ml (1 pt) Almond milk
80g (3 oz) granola
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp mixed spice
1 banana
Instructions
Put the almond milk, granola, chia seeds, mixed spice and banana into your blender and blitz.
Blitz, then place in the fridge for an hour to thicken.
