I'm a huge fan of TV Chef James Martin Cookware, so when I heard he'd teamed up with Stellar to release 13 bakeware essentials, I was hopeful they'd be good.
I wasn't disappointed. You can tell that the James Martin Stellar Bakeware range is excellent quality as soon as you pick it up - it's heavy and the nonstick coating feels sturdy, super smooth and solid. In fact, each piece is constructed from heavy gauge carbon steel with a double layer of non-stick coating inside and out.
I baked this swiss roll in the Swiss Roll Tin (£9.75) and it came out beautifully. And the Square Cake Tin (£10.50) has a loose base, making it easy to make flawless square sponges.
I've also been trying out the James Martin Stellar Cookware range of kitchen utensils. They're all dishwasher safe and have soft grip, anti-slip handles complete with hanging loops. The blades are stainless steel and sharp where they need to be. The cake slice has a serrated edge to make light work of your Victoria sponge and the pizza slice comes with a protective plastic cover to avoid accidents when it's stored in the drawer.
There's even a range of Stellar James Martin kitchen textiles, like this double oven glove, which is quilted, metallised and polyester padded with a fleece-layer to ensure you're completely safe getting your bakes out of the oven.
