I know I keep harping on about it, but it’s almost ‘back to school’ time. Eeek!
Being the new, well-organised version of myself that sits here today (yeah, like that’ll last!) I have already bought all of JD’s new kit for the year ahead, and this evening, I’m tasking myself with the exciting job of labelling it all.
Luckily though, JD is willing to pitch in and help. This is because a) he’s a good kid and b) kids like sticking labels on stuff and c) his new labels from Tinyme are actually really cool.
The Tinyme Basic Variety Pack (£24.99) includes:
- 32 Standard Vinyl Name Labels
- 14 Round Vinyl Name Labels
- 4 Large Round Vinyl Name Labels
- 8 Large Vinyl Name Labels
- 16 Iron-on Clothing Labels
- 14 Iron-on Round Clothing Labels
- 10 Clear shoe dot overlays
On the website, you can choose from (by my count) around 70 different design sets, and then specify the colour scheme. We went for the Emergency design in Navy, which we reckon has a cool retro-50s feel. There are then five fonts to choose from.
Once you’ve made your choices, you can type in your child’s name, hit the ‘Preview’ button and it will show you exactly what your finished labels will look like – a very handy feature!
I’ve been having a play and there are so many cool designs to choose from, and some very clever ideas for other ways to use them, such as these allergy alert labels.
I’m pleased with these labels – they’re a little expensive, but given the cool factor they’re probably worth it. Go have a play and let me know what you think.
