The Tefal Optigrill is a BRILLIANT product to have in the kitchen. Tefal actually sent us ours last year and I have used it at least a couple of times a week ever since.
The Tefal OptiGrill has a really clever automatic cooking sensor that can tell how thick your food is. You then choose from one of six cooking programs (or the frozen program) and it does the rest, automatically setting the temperature and giving you a guide via a Colour Changing LED screen to let you how well done your food is to ensure perfect results every time.
It’s superb for steaks, and also sausages, pork chops and chicken, but it doesn’t just grill meat – it’s great for veggies, tofu and even cheese like halloumi too.
Here are some of the dishes I’ve made using the Optigrill.
Other great features on the Tefal Optigrill include:
- Large 600cm2 cooking surface with non-stick coating
- 2000w power
- Inclined 7° for easy fat release
- Extra large plates and juice tray that are dishwasher safe
