A naan bread pizza is a brilliant mid-week meal when everything's a bit hectic and you haven't time to spend ages cooking.

pasta sauce

mature cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar)
grated

red bell pepper
thinly sliced

fresh cherry tomatoes

olive oil
salt and black pepper

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220C (200C fan, 425F).
Put the naan breads on a baking tray.
Top with the sauce, spreading to just shy of the edges.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Add the peppers and tomatoes.
Drizzle olive oil all over and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges of the naan are crisp and golden.
Transfer to a board, cut into slices and serve.
