Super Cute Pink Heart Crispy Cake Pops Recipe
Crispy, delicious little heart-shaped crispy pops. Great fun for Valentine's Day.

Medium roasting pan 35x25cm (14x10")
7-8cm (3") heart-shaped cookie cutter
Pack of cake pop sticks
Ingredients
50
g
slightly salted butter
plus a little for greasing your dish

g
marshmallows
200
g
rice crispies
5
drops
red food colouring

Instructions
Melt the butter over a low heat, then stir in the marshmallows until fully melted.
Take off the heat and stir in the food colouring.
Stir in the rice crispies until well combined.
Press into the greased tray and pack down well (if your hands keep sticking, try rubbing some butter on them).
When completely cool, cut out the heart shapes - cut them as close together as you can to maximise space (you can of course eat the offcuts too!)
Push a pop stick into each one and you're done!
