Spiced mushroom rice
A spiced mushroom rice dish made with wild mushrooms, rice and a light soy sauce.

Servings: 2 people
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1/2 inch ginger grated
- 1 box of mixed wild mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 250 g cooked brown rice
- 1/2 tsp hot chilli powder
Warm the oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for one minute.
Chuck in the mushrooms and fry for a minute.
Add 1 tbsp of the dressing and fry for further minute.
Stir in the rice, then the rest of the dressing and chilli powder
