This Nutella pudding cake takes minutes to whip up! It can be made in a single bowl and then steam-cooked in the microwave in just 5 minutes. The result is so good, this is sure to become your go to Nutella dessert of choice.
Put the vegetable oil, milk, golden syrup, Nutella, caster sugar and eggs in a bowl and whisk together.
Sift in the flour and cocoa. Gently whisk together to combine.
Pour the Nutella pudding cake batter into your greased pudding basin, then fit the lid
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid very carefully as there will be steam. It should look well risen and set across the top. You can push a skewer into the centre to make sure it’s cooked all the way through to the bottom. Microwave for another 30-60 seconds, if necessary.
Place a serving plate on top of the pudding basin and invert to that the Nutella pudding cake drops out onto the plate allowing you to remove the pudding basin.
Make the Nutella sauce by mixing the Nutella and golden syrup together in a small bowl and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
Cut your Nutella pudding cake into slices to serve, drizzling with some of the Nutella sauce.
