Date Energy Balls Recipe
These date energy balls are super easy to make with just three ingredients: dates, granola and dark chocolate.

granola
vegan if required

dark chocolate (bittersweet)

Instructions
Put the dates and granola into a food processor with 2 tbsp of water.
Blitz on high speed until the mixture is well broken down and sticky.
Roll into 16 little balls - about 20g (0.7oz) each - and place on baking paper.
Melt the dark chocolate in a small bowl and either dip the balls in to cover, or drizzle the chocolate over the top.
Leave to set and then enjoy!
