peeled and cut into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan).
Arrange the cubed sweet potatoes on a tray.
Drizzle with the olive oil, honey, salt, pepper and cinnamon.
Stir to coat everything evenly.
Roast for 30 minutes until golden and caramelised.
