Sweet Chilli Halloumi Kebabs Recipe
These sweet chilli halloumi kebabs take minutes to prepare and taste great with vegetables, tortellini and halloumi all grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

sweet chilli sauce

tbsp
olive oil

cheese and tomato tortellini
(vegetarian if required) cooked and drained

red peppers
deseeded and cut into 2-3cm (1 inch) pieces
1
courgette
cut in 2-3cm (1 inch) half moons

halloumi cheese
(vegetarian if required) cut into 2-3cm (1 inch) pieces

Instructions
Mix the sweet chilli sauce and olive oil together in a bowl and set aside.
Push the courgette, tortellini, halloumi and red pepper pieces onto your skewers in a repeating pattern.
Lay your skewers on a plate and brush generously on both sides with your chilli marinade.
Cover and chill until you're ready to cook.
Place the skewers on the BBQ or in a griddle pan. Cook for just long enough for them to pick up some colour on each side.
Brush with any remaining chilli marinade and serve.
