Instructions
Warm the oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for one minute.
Chuck in the mushrooms and fry for a minute.
Add 1 tbsp of the dressing and fry for further minute.
Stir in the rice, then the rest of the dressing and chilli powder
Notes
If you don't fancy rice, try this dish with cooked couscous or quinoa.
