Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over a medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic, paprika, cumin and black pepper.
Fry for 1-2 minutes until soft.
Add peppers and fry for a further 1-2 minutes until soft.
Add the beans, bring to a simmer (don't boil) over a medium heat and cook through for a 1-2 minutes.
Serve into bowls on its own, or with boiled rice if desired.
If you want to stretch this meal further, try adding extra veg. My favourite trick is to grab those packs of pre-chopped veg from the reduced aisle and microwave before adding to the chilli. Super affordable and nutritious.
