Instructions
Put the butter, cream cheese, Biscoff spread, sugar, orange zest and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Whisk until light and fluffy.
Add the chocolate chips.
Gently fold through.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Scatter with the Smarties / M&Ms and enjoy.
