Ingredients

vegetable oil
canola oil, plus a little to oil the tray

runny honey

steel cut oats
gluten free if required

pecans
roughly chopped

walnuts
roughly chopped

pumpkin seeds

Instructions
Line a large tray with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan).
Put the oil and honey in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
Add the steel cut oats, pecans, walnuts and pumpkin seeds and mix together.
Tip the mixture into the prepared tray and level off.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely without stirring further.
Break into small pieces and transfer to a sealed container until ready to enjoy.
