Apple Cherry Granola Crumble Recipe for One!
A super quick, single serving, 15 minute crumble with added cherries for a burst of flavour and crumble with an extra crunch thanks to the addition of granola.

Ingredients
For the filling

granola

Bramley apple
peeled and diced small

tbsp
honey

dried cherries
For the topping

g
plain white flour (all purpose flour)

granola

salted butter
cubed

honey

tsp
cinnamon

Instructions
For the filling
Put the granola, apples, honey and cherries into a small, microwave safe bowl and mix well.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes until the fruit is soft.
For the topping
Put the flour, granola, butter, honey and cinnamon into a bowl.
Mix well until you have a dough-like crumble.
Sprinkle the crumble on top of the fruit until totally covered.
Microwave for a further 3 minutes until the topping is cooked through.
Stand for a minute as it will be very hot, then devour.
