This lemon tahini salad dressing is smooth, creamy and full of bright, nutty flavour, with just a handful of ingredients and no blender required.

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a bowl or jar
Whisk until you have a thick paste.
Gradually whisk in cold water, gradually add up to a 5 tbsp cold water to reach your desired thickness.
Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
