whole round camembert

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Mine defaults to 205C for 4 minutes.
Unwrap the camembert and return it to its wooden basket. Place, without its lid, in your air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 180C and bake for 10 minutes or until a pointed knife pushed into the centre finds it melted all the way through.
Transfer to a board, drizzle with the honey and push a sprig of rosemary into the centre.
I recommend serving with crackers, fresh figs, dried apricots, walnuts, and apple chutney.
