These air fryer baked oats are the perfect breakfast on the go, and they take just minutes to make and bake.

Baking tin to fit your air fryer (20cm x 18cm x 8cm / 8ins x 7ins x 3ins)

Ingredients

g
dried fruit
e.g. sultanas, raisins, cherries, apple pieces
150
g
oats
gluten free if required
½
tsp
cinnamon
Small pinch
salt
¼
tsp
baking powder
150
ml
whole milk
1
medium free range egg
beaten

ml
honey
or maple syrup
Instructions
Put the fruit in a bowl and cover with approximately 100ml (1/2 cup) of boiled water. Leave to soak for 15 minutes, then drain.
Put the oats, cinnamon, salt and baking powder in a bowl and mix together.
Add the milk, egg, honey and soaked fruit and stir to combine.
Spoon the mix into the greased baking tin.
Set the air fryer to 160C/320F and bake for 20 minutes until well browned.
Allow to cool completely, then tip out of the tin and cut into 16 equal pieces. Enjoy hot or cold.
