Ingredients

large ciabatta
or 2 small

cheddar cheese

mozzarella cheese

garlic granules

black pepper

parsley
finely chopped

salted butter
Instructions
Slice the ciabatta(s) open and arrange to fit your air fryer basket. Toast in the air fryer for 3 minutes at 180C until just crisp.
Melt the butter with the garlic granules and black pepper, then stir in the cheddar, mozzarella and parsley.
Press the cheese mixture on top of each of the ciabatta halves.
Set the air fryer to 180C and cook for 5 minutes or until melted and golden.
