    Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bread

    Jump to Recipe

You can make air fryer cheesy garlic bread in minutes, and it's as gooey, stretch, crisp and crunchy as you could ever wish for.

I recommend using ciabatta for this recipe as it soaks up all the garlicky goodness, but baguettes (French sticks) work well too.

For the cheese, I like to use a combination of salted butter, mature/sharp cheddar cheese for a little sharpness, and mozzarella cheese for that classic stretch and chew.

And for that all important flavour, you'll use garlic granules, a little black pepper, and a handful of chopped parsley for freshness.

This recipe is so quick and easy, it's perfect if you've just whipped up some pasta, lasagne, pizza or gnocchi and want something delicious to serve with it. I make it all the time!

Read on for the full recipe with detailed instructions and a helpful photograph for every step. And if you have any questions, just leave me a comment. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    • 1 large ciabatta or 2 small
    • 100 g cheddar cheese
    • 100 g mozzarella cheese
    • 1 tbsp garlic granules
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 15 g parsley finely chopped
    • 50 g salted butter

    Equipment

    • Weighing scales
    • Measuring spoons
    • Mixing bowl
    • Spoon
    • Chopping board
    • Kitchen knife
    • Air fryer

    Instructions

Slice the ciabatta(s) open and arrange to fit your air fryer basket. Toast in the air fryer for 3 minutes at 180C until just crisp.

Melt the butter with the garlic granules and black pepper.

Add the cheddar, mozzarella and parsley.

Mix together and then press the cheese mixture on top of each of the ciabatta halves.

Set the air fryer to 180C and cook for 5 minutes or until melted and golden.

    Enjoy!
