Perfect to serve with salads, soups, pasta and stews, they air fryer garlic cheese muffins are incredibly tasty! They’re flavoured with garlic and a touch of cumin, and packed with sharp cheddar.
Put the eggs, milk, oil, garlic granules, sage, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk together.
Add the flour and baking powder and fold through, then fold in the grated cheese.
Share the batter between each hole of two well-greased 4-hole silicone muffin tray. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cases, it's ok if they're piled above the top of the tin.
Preheat the air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions. Mine defaults to 4 minutes at 205C.
Place the first tray in the air fryer and set to 160C/320F. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Repeat with the second tray.
Cool for a few minutes in the tins, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
