    Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Muffins

    Jump to Recipe

Perfect to serve with salads, soups, pasta and stews, they air fryer garlic cheese muffins are incredibly tasty! They’re flavoured with garlic and a touch of cumin, and packed with sharp cheddar.

You can make the batter for these air fryer garlic cheesy muffins in a single bowl.

You’ll start with the wet ingredients and seasonings, whisking eggs together with milk, oil, plenty of garlic granules, as well as some cumin, dried sage and a pinch of salt and pepper.

You’ll then fold in self-raising flour and baking powder, followed by a generous helping of mature (sharp) cheddar which gives the muffins a really great texture and bags of flavour.

You’ll then pile the batter into two 4-hole muffin trays and bake in your air fryer one tray after the other.

The resulting muffins are tall, aromatic and delicious, with a tender inner crumb, and a wonderful garlic flavour. Even kids who aren’t totally sold on the idea of savoury muffins wolf these down, so I know they’re a winner.
