Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza Recipe
It takes mere minutes to make an air fryer tortilla pizza, and it tastes fantastic, complete with a thin, crisp base and whatever toppings you fancy.

Ingredients

flour tortillas
200
g
passata
or leftover tomato pasta sauce
200
g
shredded mozzarella
vegetarian if required

shredded cheddar cheese
vegetarian if required

red pepper
deseeded and thinly sliced
½
small red onion
thinly sliced

tbsp
pesto

tbsp
olive oil
to drizzle
salt and black pepper
Fresh basil
to garnish

Instructions
Lay a tortilla in your air fryer basket on the grill tray.
Spread with a quarter of the tomato sauce.
Top with a quarter of the mozzarella and cheddar.
Add a quarter of the peppers, olives and red onion.
Dot with a tbsp of pesto.
Drizzle 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Set the air fryer to 200C/390F. Bake for 5 minutes until crisp at the edges.
Repeat for the remaining pizzas.
Garnish the pizzas with fresh basil to serve.
