Sometimes, a boiled egg will do, sometimes toast and butter hits the spot, but when you want a really decadent, boozy brunch, there's nothing better than this Baileys French toast recipe.
With warm, chocolatey tones and Baileys in both the eggy bread itself and the chocolate syrup drizzled on top, this could be an incredible adults-only treat to enjoy over the festive season.
Making this delightful dish is really easy. The syrup is a simple yet utterly effective blend of golden syrup, Baileys and cocoa powder, while the secret to the soft, rich Baileys French toast is a mixture of eggs, milk, cocoa, golden syrup and, of course, more Baileys!
