One of my favourite ways to approach cooking is to take a single ingredient I love and challenge myself to find new and delicious ways to incorporate it into meals.
When we’re talking breakfast ideas, granola is a wonderfully versatile base ingredient because the natural flavours work so well with so many different dishes.
Using two Nutri-Brex granolas – Honey, Almonds & Seeds and Hazelnut, Coconut & Quinoa – I’ve been working on five delicious ways to enjoy granola at breakfast.

Blitz almond milk, banana, perhaps a pinch of mixed spice and a handful of Nutri-Brex Honey, Almonds & Seeds Granola, then enjoy for breakfast poured over plenty of ice.
Breakfast bran granola muffin
Whip up your favourite bran muffin batter, then make them even more delicious by stirring in a generous handful of Nutri-Brex Hazelnut, Coconut & Quinoa Granola before baking.
Date granola energy balls
These balls are made from pitted dates blitzed with Nutri-Brex Hazelnut, Coconut & Quinoa Granola, then rolled into balls. Perfect for little shots of energy on the go.
Apple and cherry granola crumble
Why settle for an ordinary crumble when you can have an extra delicious granola topped crumble? Just whip up your favourite recipe (this one is apple and cherry), making sure to add a good handful of Nutri-Brex Honey, Almonds & Seeds Granola into both the fruit filling and the crumble topping before baking.
Yogurt granola with honey and dried fruit
