    Safety in the kitchen

    All of the recipes are simple, clear and designed for kids to take the lead on.

    However, since heat, knives and tools such as graters are involved at various stages in each recipe, it's important to maintain adult supervision at all times and step in where help is needed, according to what is appropriate to your child's age and experience.
